Sales Policy

Thank you so much for shopping at Prom Pageant Couture!

Please understand that we are a small, seasonal business. Once your dress has left the store ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All deposits are also final as agreed to at checkout. HOWEVER, if you choose to leave your dress in the store, you have the option to exchange your dress for any other in stock dress for equal to or greater value. The same rule applies for Special orders.  We do not allow cancellations or refunds. If you decide that you do not want to purchase your dress, your deposit will be forfeited.

LAYAWAY POLICY:
We offer a FREE in store layaway plan to make shopping convenient for you! You may A) Pay half of the dress amount when purchasing and the other half when you choose to pick it up or B) Pay $100 down and $100 every other week until it is paid off. 
Special orders we require at least 50% of the dress price. Once you have a dress on layaway you cannot special order another dress in replace of your layaway dress. 
Payments can be made over the phone with the name and phone number on your sales reciept.
Please include your wear date and contact info in your online purchases.
